I had never been to physio before and after chronic elbow pain that recurred after multiple cortisone shots from my doctor I decided to give it a go...it took a while but after about 10 sessions I started to see a difference and finally was “healed” a few weeks later. That was years and years ago and I’ve had no recurring pain or issues - Greg was awesome explaining the processs and as skeptical as I was I am now a believer! Dr. Allensen and all of the staff at absolute rehab are amazing. I've been in treatment for two bulge disc and went from barely being able to walk around my house to being completely confident in my mobility. They offer way more than just a chiropractic adjustment, they take the time to answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and help you work towards your mobility goals.

Have been regularly going here for Physio, Chiro, and Massage since 2007. The staff is always helpful and super knowledgeable. The service positive and always professional. Wouldn't continue to go back if they were not interested in my wellness. Hardest part is sometimes getting an appointment on short notice because they are super busy - but they will try and fit you in in an emergency

If you are with Studentcare insurance you have to make sure to call ahead, otherwise your insurance will not be accepted and your visit will cost 3x the price. This policy is very unclear on the website. Unfortunate as the people were very nice

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had been to many therapists, even specialty clinics in the past. But none better than this. Dr. Greg is one of the physiotherapist there - extremely knowledgeable, uses hands on techniques and most importantly takes his time out to explain the problem/solution. Nothing but 5 stars for Livewell Health and Physiotherapy! I have come to this clinic for Physiotherapy for a while now. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you look forward to coming in for physio because you know you are in good hands and your injuries/ issues will be taken care of with a high level of care. I have also just started coming for Massage therapy and both Val and Kate are phenomenal, no exaggeration best massage I have ever received!

Greg and the team at Absolute Rehab are simply the best, no question!! I have been dealing with a chronic issue for years. I had been to several physio clinics in Waterloo region over the years but no success getting to the root of the problem. Going to Absolute was such a relief, they took a significant amount of time learning and talking to me about my pain and also listening to what my fitness goals were. Not only did they chart a plan for me and explain in full detail, they weren't afraid to try different methods and approaches if I had a set back or if progress had slowed down. From a customer service perspective, they were equally as awesome. Booking appointments was always easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, they did there best to work with my schedule. Most important, the delivered results. As long as I stick to the plan they developed for me, I am pain free and able to resume my normal physical activity routine. I recommend Absolute Rehab to anyone who has physio needs, I can't say enough good things about Greg and his team!
