Terrible service, terrible glasses. Several times the doctor(?) asked which is better a or b, "well neither I said. I was ignored and now I have a pair of glasses I have to hold material 8 inches from my face to get it in focus. The bi-focal part was so tiny all I could see was lines. The girls who work there are rude and condescending. I do not recommend this place at all, I am very disappointed.

I'm a repeat customer at this establishment for my sunglasses (Maui Jims) so naturally when I needed my first pair of prescription glasses I chose crystal vision. Even though i've only been in there a couple times, they remember me by name, which is nice, and always have good advice when choosing a style that suites me. I've always been treated well but this day i was in for a surprise. 1st - I walked in not knowing I had to book an appointment well in advance for a eye test, and somehow they managed to sneak me in 30 minutes before closing. 2nd - Upon learning I really wanted my glasses for a show i was doing the following day, the girls all worked together to help me pick out a couple frames and then proceeded to find my prescription for one of the frames that they happened to have in stock! I couldn't believe it!! Not only did the girls treat me like royalty, they talked it over and decided to make this happen that day! Working together the girls managed to have me in and out the door in 1 hours time with a pair of beautiful frames that after using for the last 2 months i really couldn't be more happy with and get constant compliments about how good the frames look and how they really suite me. WOW! Thank you so much you guys I couldn't be happier and tell everyone this story and recommend everyone needing any type of glasses to go see these girls. A special thank you goes out to Celeste, Julieanne and Isabelle from the bottom of my heart for the best customer service i think i've EVER received anywhere. Well done ladies!!! Need glasses? GO SEE THESE GIRLS!!!

absolutely one of the best places in town i have gone to, lovely staff and they were understanding and helpful in terms of payments! acknowledged an accident with my lens order and immediately fixed the issue while being apologetic! helped me pick a frame and were honest with the appearance of the ones i chose, started with recommending their lower priced styles instead of trying to push me to pay for a more expensive frame! would recommend to anyone in the downtown area as its in a very convenient and accessible location ???? its also located right on the bus route for those who live on the vedder side of chilliwack

Friendly staff and decent prices. however I brought my glasses in to be repaired because they were broken at the bridge, and they held on to them for a month. What I went to ask what was going on they told me that those glasses are no longer manufactured. Took them a whole month to tell me that. They did offer me a couple of solutions regarding contact lenses however fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I cannot work with a business that will not communicate with me

After I placed my order I decided to add high index to the second pair, I phoned in and they said yes they could do it so I agreed, what they didn’t tell me was that when you get high index you have to have the basic lens guard. So I went in today thinking I would be paying the 150. 00 extra for the high index but was told no your bill is 240.00. If I had been told ahead of time the extra cost I wouldn’t have done it to begin with. The glasses are fine but the service wasn’t up to par.

They were great.... But had problem with a call back for the cataract appointment for my husband. We were waiting for a month for their call back for Cataract appointment referral from dr. De bruin. I phoned Dr. De bruin's office and they told me that they sent a fax back to this optical with the appointment for my husband's cataract eye surgery. Hmmmm The lady that I talked on the phone from the Crystal Vision did not even told me or did not even check their fax machine or records about the appointment for my husband. It was frustrated for us waiting for a month and I keep calling at this optical about the appointment. It would be great if they clarify the concern,check there records, ask other associates regarding the patient's concern.

My mom broke her glasses and asked me to take them to get fixed. I looked for the closest eye centre and found Crystal Vision at the Southgate mall and went there. They were great! The frames could not be fixed but the lenses were fine so they offered to put the lenses into a new frame at NO CHARGE! I came back in half an hour and picked them up, I asked again what the charge was and was told there was no charge. That's what I call customer service. Thank you Crystal Vision!

Huge shout out to Katherine!!!! I ordered contacts before they shut down due to the virus. When I didn’t hear back from them I called and called with no answer and then looked on the website and saw they closed down. I am so all for them taking care of themselves, protecting themselves and shutting doors. but a phone call to me to let me know I wouldn’t receive my order would’ve been nice. At least it would’ve given me the chance to look other places before everyone closed. Well I emailed Katherine to let her know that. She definitely made things right. She went into the office and saw my contact order had in fact arrived and called me to let me know that. She then drove to my house and dropped it off for me at my gate so I wouldn’t have to leave. She went above what she should’ve to make it right. I’m so thankful for her. Who knows how long this virus will last and now I have 3 months of worth of contacts. Thanks Katherine!!!

Excellent service today. I need new bi-focal lenses since having cataract surgery. Another optometrist office said keeping my existing glasses was not cost effective, as it would be $60 more than getting a new basic pair. Crystal said they would use my existing glasses. Tried making an appointment twice only to be told that they had nothing available anywhere near the time frame I needed. At that point the available times were going into 4-6 week waits. Everytime I asked it was "Nope! We're fully booked that day!" But when I'd ask the initial reply was "We're open that day." Wait, what? Ok. Looking elsewhere. Total waste of time.

We were at cottonwood shopping ctr. and ran into this lady wearing glasses. I asked her were she got them. She told me a place called crystal vision in this small mall close to the hospital. She said they even gave her a loaner to wear until hers were ready. We arrived at this Crystal Vision store and was met by Katherine Moon lovely lady with a big smile. So personable and kind to my wife which is important to me. The service was impeccable and really took care of Julie's needs, Katherine's associate Morgan was very helpful in helping my wife with her new glasses. This team of Professionals is amazing , the service and wanting to serve you and make you feel you are glad to be there. My wife and I had been to 3 other eye places before coming here and I tell you that the service at these other places was so bad we just walked out. Just purchased two pairs of glasses from here and the service was excellent! Great frames at awesome prices! I am very hard to fit and I don't suit many frames due to my child size face, however they had a great selection of brand name glasses as well as ones priced for those on a budget in varying sizes and fits. The lady helping me with the glasses was very sweet, and the general atmosphere was low-pressure. I bought my last pair of glasses here and have loved them every day since! Only replacing them now as I finally cracked the arm and have a new prescription. Would highly recommend!

This place has gone down hill!! I used to always have such a great experience here but over the past two years every visit I make I leave angry. I ordered glasses through them and they had to re order them 3 times because they got my prescription wrong, then the colour of the frame was wrong, then one pair even had a striped screw in the arm already. I also just ordered contacts from them and I was told it would be ready after a week and it’s now been 4 days longer and they don’t have them. They also never call you when your items are in even though they say they will. I know plenty of other people that have the same issues here. Go literally anywhere else!
