Initially I scored this place a 5 as we loved it. Now, not so much. It appears the view and friendly staff are the oy real good parts. The food is in my view overpriced for what is but the real kicker was a cider I was sent outside to get myself as they had run out inside, how's that for service? Thankfully it happened that way though as I was able to clarify the cost 3 times before turning it down... $17.25 for a bottle of cider, not small 330mL but not large either, a complete and utter rip-off. So no sale there, no profit made, and a customer lost, we won't be going back any time soon. Whomever is in charge of pricing strategy should think carefully.

Ice cold bun for my Brie burger. Server forgot what specials were and didn't offer us beverages; just jumped to meal orders within very short amount of time of us being seated.

My wife and I had lunch at the newly opened outdoor grill. Recognizing that they are in their first couple of weeks, I thought a couple of opportunities for improvement are needed. The food is nicely prepared. We will be returning. 1. Caesar salad. Fantastic!! Croutons? The wheat wafers didn’t match up. 2. Pizza, perfectly cooked, hardly any burnt areas, which is great for a wood fired oven. The dough, a little too much like bread dough. Thinner and crisper would be better. There was as much dough as there were toppings. 3. I realize this is a winery, but for those who choose not to drink alcohol, a nice cold non-alcoholic beer would be perfect. Choose a good one, Becks, Heineken 00, O’Doul’s amber or lager. There are also a few good wines, Loxton is one that I know.

Such a lovely addition to the West Side! Excellent food, excellent service and an all around relaxed atmosphere. Today we were served by Victoria and she truly went above and beyond with all aspects of our service. We never had to ask for refills, additional menu items, etc. - she was on it! She also had an amazing bubbly personality. The food was delicious and we can't wait for our next visit!

This is understandable as it is a winery, but I would be much much more likely to return if the restaurant served cocktails.

Delicious Caffe latte, breakfast wrap and moist vanilla blueberry scones. But the Matcha vanilla cream croissant was off the charts good!! All enjoyed on the patio with the amazing view of the lake.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience at Annie’s, despite coming with a great recommendation. The biggest issue was the wait. Our order took over an hour to arrive. Two pizzas, a salad, fries, and a brownie. I’m baffled at how it could be handled so poorly. No ketchup with the fries, and by the time she brought me ketchup the fries were cold...? A burnt pizza, served at lukewarm temperature. I don’t know how that can happen. We ordered two pizzas, and they arrived half an hour apart. Dessert was the first thing served. On top of all else, the food wasn’t good. The truffle fries were just fries. The margherita pizza had 0 basil, 0 tomato, and was burnt. Just overall a real disappointment.

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere (there was live singing today) very friendly staff. Food was amazing and the view ...wow! If you're not a member of the wine club expect that you may have to wait to be seated as you can't make reservations. Definitely worth a visit though. I will be back.

Excellent quality food, pizza wood fired and very tasty, thicker Crust than traditional Italian wood fire, truffle fries excellent, 2 types of charcuterie very impressive, red wines are excellent, average ranging from 20 to 50, wait staff are excellent. Scenery amazing, has a dock for boat up entry, lots of picnic space and the restaurant only takes reservations for club members

This is a new hidden Gem in West Kelowna. Such a cute, clean and bright space. Delicious food and a stunning lake view. The Rose gardens and grounds in general are lovely. Love that they have a picnic area where you can bring your own food and enjoy their wine. This property seems very well thought out and managed. Would recommend!

Great spot to enjoy the view, loved getting take out and eating at the picnic tables overlooking the water. Coffee was nice, the staff forgot the crackers in our cheese platter, had to go back for them. Asked for lemonade, they said there was none, there is, it's San Pellegrino Lemon. Overall pleasant experience.

Such a charming winery right here at home. From the minute you walk thru the door you are greeted and made to feel welcome. The tasting bar has friendly and knowledgeable staff. The very definition of unprofessional. I called half an hour before I arrived to make sure they were open and serving, as the day before they closed early due to the heat wave. Well after a $30 cab ride later I was informed that their chef left early due to 'heat stroke'. Not to mention that they were extremely rude about the matter. Save the drive, go to a better winery like any of the others along the same road.

The location and food is for the most part great, the croissants have always been under baked. The issue with this place is the service, I have been coming here since they opened in 2020 and it's always consistently been horrible. They have no order or system and your always left waiting an exceedingly long time. If they could figure this out it was be a pleasure to come.

We picked up two ham sandwiches on Kaiser buns and one Caesar salad to eat picnic style. The buns were previously frozen and soggy on the bottom and terribly stale. There was so little lettuce in the salad (maybe 1 cup) we had to go ask for more. The bill was over $40 for two bad sandwiches and a pitiful salad. I would never eat here again.

This is a wonderful place to have a meal and drink wine (or coffee in the morning) any time of day. The morning pastries are wonderful and the pizza from the new outdoor pizza oven divine. Unlike many winery restaurants who have a big markup on wines, Annie's sells its at cost. Also unlike many other wineries who are pretentious, this winery and restaurant welcomes all. It has a picnic area where people can picnic, even if they are not buying food or wine from the winery. Annie's is now supporting local artists and provides live music Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout summer. Bravo. If you go to Annie's, I hope you are lucky and get Kristy serving you. She is the best -attentive, funny and just great. Unfortunately you need to hurry as when air travel increases again she will go back to her career as an airline attendant. But then again you may be lucky enough to fly with her.

Terrible food! Everything in take out containers and wine in plastic cups! Sandwiches big thick slices of bread with hardly any filling! We also had the charcuterie board and it was all plied on top of each other in a plastic container. Yuck! Other then the view terrible! We should of ate outside for the restaurant menu maybe then it would of better!

Enjoyed our time and view. The food was good. Great staff. Their soup was awesome and grilled cheese. Their chicken sandwich was lightly breaded and could easily eaten without the bread. Their cheese cake was devine.

Locals here! Not only the great wine but the best bakery in town! A great selections of fresh bakery and you get to enjoy wine too! My favorite is a breakfast wrap! Also cheese plate is the way to go with wine at picnic table. The only beach access winery in Okanagan and perfect for family too! Pizza takes about half an hour so make sure you grab your favorite bottle of wine!

Well where do I start. First thing when we arrived we had two tables reserved. One was taken by another party so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another table. We ordered wine and water. It came.. yay! We ordered our dinner. A table of 4 came after us and received their dinner before us. After waiting an hour we finally got our food.. well not really. One of us got the wrong pizza. Another's pizza was burnt. The share plate had hummus that was drenched in olive oil that made the hummus taste of nothing but olive oil. Oh yes and the fish tacos that were ordered came, but was an order of pasta.. so to say the least when they went to check with the kitchen we weren't interested in waiting another hour for them to come so we cancelled the fish tacos.. the best part of the meal was the water and wine.. will i EVER go back there or recommend this place to ANYONE?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be a gem but seems to be going downhill fast. We have been here multiple times and always enjoyed the breakfast wraps that were made fresh to order with real ingredients. Now with a new menu change the only breakfast option is really an overpriced breakfast sandwich, with what appears to be a processed egg patty, on a bun loaded with mayo. We also noticed at least 5 flies in the pastry display...The only positives were the friendly staff and a nice view.
