I’ve been waiting for the right time to post this review and the time has come. The first thought might be that this was an over exaggeration or a paid review. But this is from my heart. Rob Taylor is with out a doubt the most sensitive caring thoughtful person that I could ever dream of for handling this type of tragedy for me. He gave an unforgettable comfort and soothing experience for not only me but my entire family in this time of unimaginable pain and loss. From the bottom of my heart and on the behalf of the rest of my family there will never be enough words for the thankfulness we feel for you and everything you’ve done Rob! Thank you sir!

Rob Taylor and his staff are phenominal. They are all compassionate and treated us like family, which was so important at this emotional moment in our lives. The team made the entire process of handling my mother in law's funeral easy and treated us like we were part of their family. My mother in law was very ill toward the end of her life and the Dusckas Taylor team made her look beautiful. She looked just the way she would have wanted to look when she was laid out. The attention to detail was perfect. The facility itself is beautiful and spacious. We can't say enough about how organized the team was, how easy they made the process and how beautiful the funeral and service at the facility was.

Where do I even begin to describe this place?? I’ll start with Rob Taylor.. one of the most endearing, sincere an caring person I’ve met! His compassion and knowledge of the handling of my Mother, who passed away 1 month ago today, definitely eased the sadness I felt going in there to discuss arrangements. The detail and the viewing of the final resting place of my beloved Mother was perfect and she looked more beautiful than I can put into words. It definitely made the hardest day of my life a little bit easier. The place itself is ideal for the times that we’re in with social distancing, being very spacious an open with a calming atmosphere, perfect for task at hand. Every detail was meet with gracious concern, rite down to the temperature in the room! Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome, an so very thankful I chose Dusckas-Taylor funeral home! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Rob Taylor and everyone at Dusckas Taylor, as they did a phenomenal job with my mother's funeral. The facility was beautiful, my mother looked outstanding, and everyone was sincere and welcoming. We truly felt like family, and the attention to detail was unbelievable. Mr. Robert Taylor and family are the most caring, compassionate, family oriented, detailed, and over all the best funeral home to have an experience with. No one likes the thought of experiencing a death and making funeral arrangements for a loved one. Our family lost the love of our lives in an unexpected accident. The funeral home went above and beyond to make sure his family was able to see him one last time privately. They made it so our 4 year old daughter could see her dad one last time. They made sure the trauma he endured was fixed. our daughter only seen her dad was sleeping with a smile. To have the compassion for families, at the time we all wish we weren't enduring, shows this is not just a business. They are a family that takes care of you as If you were one of their own.
