I am very picky when it comes to choosing the right person to do the job, I read all reviews, but sometimes even my due-diligence does not eliminate bad apples with manipulated reviews. So it's hard for me to trust someone during the first visit. Dr. Holden has a golden touch... he is extremely knowledgeable and at the end of our first visit I totally trusted him. He knows what he is doing, and you can feel and you just appreciate that knowledge and experience. And what totally blew my mind... he texted me at night and on Sunday just to see how I am doing. He even offered an unscheduled/earlier appointment if the pain was to become unbearable. Wow, this kind of service is extremely rare in the 21st century. I am very confident in my choice and I know that whenever my back needs some love, I can call someone I truly trust.

I’ve been struggling with my back for 8 years which progressively got worse. The last year seemed like I was having a back spasm every 1 or 2 months. I wasn’t able to work and was ready to give up my produce retail business. After another back spasm, I was in pain and desperate so I finally decided to give chiropractic a chance. Even though Lifeforce Proactive was very busy that day, they were able to accommodate my situation and I saw Dr. Mikkelsen that day. It’s been over a year now and there have been bumps, learning experiences and hard work along the way, but I can now confidently say I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my life. I can confidently work hard at my business and do fun things with my family. The whole team at Lifeforce Proactive is awesome and has made a huge difference in my life.

Went in to see Kevin Murphy this morning for my son who had big back pains. Kevin Murphy spent all the time needed to understand my son's back history, and was able to understand my son's anxiety about having someone touch his back while in pain. He was able to have my son trust him and able to preform all the gestures needed to help him get better, while having constant communication with him (trough me, as my son speaks French). We are extremely pleased to have met Kevin Murphy. We both recommend Kevin Murphy strongly.

I have been going to Dr. Kevin Murphy as a patient for the past 3 years because of back and neck problems that caused me pain on a daily basis. Dr. Murphy has relieved those issues so that I can continue to play professional lacrosse and maintain a consistent/active lifestyle with no pain. He has exceptional knowledge of the human body and chiropractic as a career. I did a job shadowing stint with him for a couple months as I was interested to see what Chiropractic had to offer as a career. After my time with Dr. Murphy I now plan to pursue a career in Chiropractic. He has a well rounded background that allows him to answer many questions I had about the field of Chiropractic and how it fits into our health care system. I would highly recommend Dr. Murphy to anyone seeking to relieve body pain as well as if they have questions about Chiropractic.

While I was on cycling holiday in Europe, I had a cycling accident, which left me with fractured clavicle, lower vertebrae’s and pelvis. I was advised and recommend to contact Dr Mikkelsen in Langley, B.C., whom would be able to give me his opinion on my injuries, recovery, and way forward. I ve emailed all my reports to him for his assessment. Reports were in Spanish, and he took time out to have them translated to English. After reviewing the reports, he contacted me to go through report in detail. Dr Mikkelsen also prepared an illustrated presentation of his findings, which he emailed to me for information. During the conversation we went through each point of the report and he clearly explained my injuries in laymen’s terms, and his expertise was extremely helpful in decision making of next recovery step. One of his recommendations was laser therapy for which we will be pursuing. I would recommend Dr Mikkelsen to my friends in the future.

Went to Lifeforce with severe back pain from a totally simple but awkward lifting incident, found them in a google search for local Chiropractic care. They were very highly rated and now I can see why. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and Dr Eppich was great at analyzing my situation, doing some mobility tests & scans, and then performing a few simple manipulations that gave me some relief from the pain. My follow up appt has almost removed the pain completely. I have another appt coming up just to make sure that the issue has been repaired. All the people at Lifeforce are great, and I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractic care, as well the many other services they offer which I look forward to trying out.
