Needs cosmetic work on the outside bad

Lint sheets on the floor, people hanging out smoking in the doorway, 2 dryers don't close properly. Automatic open door sign faded on the front door that a regular customer had to tell me it was open and no one comes to unlock. Ghetto laundry matt. I will never go back.
