I went in to get a present for my dad's birthday over the weekend and all of the staff were amazing. the sale was perfect and i got some great levi's shirts for 40% off. karina was awesome and was so helpful and even checked in the back and got me a perfect size for my dad! i will be coming back. thank you so much for the amazing customer service

This location is awkward to get into. The store is not well laid out, and the staff is not overly helpful. When we asked them to check in the back for a tall item of clothing it was very awkward. The sales person gave a bit of push back, even though they did find the size we needed in the end. Overall we will go back since it is the only location close to us, but we wish it would be better.

The girl at Campbell River Mark's is excellent. I got some poor fitting boots and she exchanged them with no problems. And Mark's has clothes that make severe weather bearable. Win!

Absolutely love this store. Got four pairs of Levi's jeans for just over $200 ( wicked sale price). The staff was really helpful when I had to return one of the pairs of jeans due to damage. They didn't have the size I needed but they ordered them in from another location and I had the new ones within 3 days. Great store but I wish they had more athletic and workout wear from Adidas and a wider shoe selection of athletic shoes.

My experience at marks was awful today! I was turned away for requesting to use the washroom even though I'm a shopping customer, along with 2 other members of my family. On their washroom door it states to ask front staff for assistance and then they told me I was not allowed to use their washroom. As a pregnant women I need to pee often. They made me walk a block to the nearest washroom and that store would also not let me use their washroom. What are you supposed to do? We are human beings who need to urinate and this is not new, regardless of covid. Would stores rather us pee on their doorstep than use their restrooms? Marks Work Warehouse has lost my business, along with my family's. We shopped their often for work and life apparel but I will gladly find other stores to support.

Not a bad store. They carry a lot more brands now than they used to which is good. But the selection was quite small, especially the men’s jeans. I’m hoping that was just due to the Christmas rush and that they usually carry a larger selection.

Went to return something with my sister, the wait was more than 10mins! They only had one clerk on till & look like only one person stocking shelves! Noticed a customer with no surgical mask walking around, might've been a sales clerk no idea?? Store was semi clean when I went in! But as I said they didn't have enough staff available

Really love the wide selection of quality clothes and shoes here. They have a very large selection for both casual and workplace wear. The safety CSA approved footwear is also available here and most have very good durability so you won't be replacing them for a while. The clothings and shoes purchased here so far have been very comfortable.

Work boot selection is limited in anything above size 12. Not much a fan of the franchise. Preferred the work wear house it used to be. I have a vest I purchased from Mark's 10-12 years ago. Made in Canada and the damn thing is still holding up after all the winters of roofing

They play the best music in here, it's the highlight of the shopping experience ???????????? Staff are always helpful and friendly. Excellent return policy - 100 days with receipt, as long as item is in unworn, unwashed condition with tags on.

Not much for ladies construction work wear. Only 3 different steal toed boots. 2 Helly Hansen which looked nice but felt awful on. Bought the Dakota boots as I needed something. Wore them for a 3 weeks and they still hurt my feet. Funny they make the men's boots lighter then womens? If they made them 1 size smaller I would have bought men's boots. I had to buy men's work pants. Helly Hansen. Love them, the new 4 way stretch is the most comfortable work pants. It's to bad I spent that kind of money and had to cut...yes cut the front extra pockets off. They don't fit inside like the other pants I bought last year? Caterpillar makes the same pants half the price and the extra pockets snap off and on and Just as comfortable, Same 4 way stretch $70-$80 on Amazon. It is really to bad they don't make these work pants for women too but I guess the market is not there. Helly Hanson is way over priced but I do love my Chelsea 4 way stretch work pants almost worth the $160.00

Went in for work boots ???? had to look at every pair..lol. finally found a pair of h/h . Was a comfortable experience and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking outside with a handy cap spot.

I've shopped more successfully at Marks generally than any other chain. I've made purchases in a wide variety of locations in BC & AB. As generally go well. But I must say the two shirts I bought seem well made & good value. While staff seemed sparse, those who were there were awesome.

I have been a regular customer of Mark's since it was called Mark's Work Wearhouse and they sold clothes made in Canada. Most of the clothes I wear daily are from Mark's. That said, I no longer use the Mark's here in Campbell River. I don't own a car, so ride a bike for most of the year. I moved here in 2010 and four or five times I went into that store and asked them, Why don't you have a Bike Rack? It is an 'outdoor store' now. Biking is an outdoor activity. Every other store in the mall has a Bike Rack, except Marks. Anyone who shows up there on a bike is locking it to a Tree in the Parking Lot. Most frustrating? Every time I have asked someone in the store about this lack of Bike Rack, they have Laughed in my Face, like I am telling some kind of joke. One staff person told me a bike rack is the responsibly of the Landlord. I don't buy my clothes from their landlord.

I've found Mark's generally has a good selection of clothing, work wear and safety apparel and boots. Recently when looking for rain gear for work found that Mark's was way over priced compaired to Ono's Safety for the exact same gear. So it definately pays to shop around.

( Online ) this is not a review of this specific store but Mark's online business experience, I realized the wrong size was listed on the order I had placed once I recieved a email with the order confirmation. I called them before they were shipped next day. Unfortunately I was told the order cannot be changed, the order cannot be cancelled. They refuse to refund for the order even though they havent shipped, as their policy states you have only 1 hour to ask for a refund from the time of purchase. So, I now need to wait 4-8 days or longer to receive something that wont fit and then ask to return them wait another 4-8 days or more to receive another pair. I start work in 4 days???? In this day and age....this type of business practice is alarming!!!! A company this size who has failed each time I have gone to their stores. I waited 4 months to receive a embroidered work shirt from Mark's in Alberta and was told that they had no control over it. Well no kidding who is controlling this business because they are driving it into the ground. What a joke!

Disappointing! The staff had a hard time finding what discounts were available for retired canadian armed forces members. It should be as simple as presenting the CF1 card but the staff had no idea. In their defense, they did try to find it on a photocopied hand written list of multiple organizations they give discounts to.....

Store staff greet you at the door and direct you tii the hand sanitizer and let you know the change rooms are closed but that they are accepting returns. Very friendly. Nice to see they're doing their part during Covid19.

I had a very disappointing visit today. I witnessed the young lady tending the front being very rude and condescending towards a customer. I then approached her with a kind attitude hoping to get a better experience, and ended up getting chased out of the store with this same rude attitude. It was a terrible experience and I won't be coming back.
