North Star has been cleaning our carpets and area rugs annually for over 5 years now. With 5 animals and a young child they have their work cut out for them. I am continually amazed at how well the stains are removed and the high traffic area wear patterns are lifted. Each January it looks like we have installed brand new carpet!!! After having an unpleasant experience with a carpet cleaning company in town I was hesitant to utilize any other services as my favorite expensive living room chair was ruined...or so I thought. The stench stopped you in your tracks, that combined with a winter and isolation time with 2 dogs and 5 children I might add. After numerous failed attempts at finding time to clean it myself I decided to extend the search for a carpet cleaning company once again. After hearing North Star come up in conversation a few times I decided to give them a shout. Brad was in touch with me immediately to set something up to fix my chair and freshen the carpets. He was able to fit me in his schedule in a gracious and suitable time which automatically impressed me. At the time of his arrival I instantly understood why his company was recommended. He conducts himself in a very friendly professional manner. The way he worked around my home with us present didn't have any of us feeling like we were "in the way" or annoyed. He is extremely considerate and respectful of the space he is in. His work is conducted to impress any perfectionist out there. I was relieved at how pristine my place looked and my chair is FIXED!!! We will be having North Star back in to do the remainder of the house. Thank you Brad for your time and service, we are very thankful to have a local company like yours we can trust.

Brad did carpets st a rental property. The carpet has to be around 20 years of age and came out looking like new. His equipment not only cleans very well but sucks out all moisture so the floors are dry within a very short time.
