I have dropped into lots of CrossFit gyms across the province and around the world and this was one of the very best. Jo is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door and got a great workout in!

I was a part of this gym while I was living in the area and always was made to feel at home. The wonderful atmosphere and great staff made it easy to feel like a part of the CrossFit family. I am over 40 and was very worried about not fitting in and the professional staff helped me to attain my goals and smash the limiting ideas I had about what I can do! Thank you Driven!

Attended a Power of Wellness event to hear Alex speak about health and fitness. His view of meeting you where you're at for fitness is refreshing! He is knowledgable and encouraging which makes working out exciting and possible! From kids to seniors he is supportive and knows his stuff! Highly recommend connecting with him to see what programs Driven has for you!

My family joined driven one month ago and I had to put review. Hands down the most amazing family friendly place to get healthy. My children joined Jiu-Jitsu. Alex and Chris are excellent with the kids. My wife joined CrossFit and loved it. I myself am in Jiu-Jitsu and you didn’t know much about it going in but that doesn’t even matter! I highly recommend Driven and am honoured to be apart of it!!
