Fast, friendly service. Spoke with Jon over the phone about purchasing a sled they had in stock. Picked it up next day, all paperwork done and they went out of their way to stay at the store until after closing hours so I could pick up my new machine. Great pricing, A+ condition machines, can’t ask for more. Definitely worth the drive to North Bay from Sudbury for a great deal I couldn’t find here. Thanks ATV Warehouse!

Bought a four wheeler for my daughter and dirt bike for oldest boy and both times the guys were amazing with arranging the purchases and delivering them to me. Even going so far as to wait up the road while I distracted the kids then help me sneak the bike into the garage before Christmas for my son! Great bikes and great service! Second youngest birthday in a couple weeks so will be calling today to buy another four wheeler for him. The other kids love their bikes and the next one will be enjoyed just as much!

The experience starts going down hill the moment you step on the property and continues its downward spiral as you speak to the sales rep/owner. No information was provided to us with out asking and when we did ask we got short answers or a lot of "I dunno" or "I think so". Now let's get to the products themselves, if you do happen to check this place out just go around and wiggle some of the seats and components. Equipment they had on the showroom floor was already broken or jammed up. These are throw away products and I wouldn't feel safe putting my kids on anything from there. I went to a name brand dealer and gladly paid the extra $4000 for a proper kids atv sold by a real salesman, not someone who thinks he's doing you a favour. The name brand kids atvs hold their value, so when you sell them in 5 years they are still worth $3500, so in reality your not paying a lot more for a quality product after you sell it down the road.

The owner and his wife went in my view above and beyond to ensure we had everything ready and set to ride. I couldn’t be happier with this company and the product. This customer and family would definitely recommend ATV Warehouse.

Terrible customer service and after sales. Went in there and bought 3 atv’s. Spent over 8500 dollars, and the owner wouldn’t even throw in a cheap helmet.first week with the atv’s, all the covers around the front sprockets broke, owner said you don’t really need them anyways. Then the welds broke on the exhaust on 2 of the atv’s the next week... only 2 weeks old! A month and half later, the boots from the air box to the carb ripped on 2 of them, so I called the owner, he said bring them in for a replacement. I decided to check the 3rd boot on the other atv, well it was ripped to. I brought all 3 into him, and I said all 3 were ripped. He then accused me of ripping it on purpose. Next thing, rear brake pads were wore out, down to metal with only 20 hours on the atv’s, with only owning them a month and a half. He’s said pads are not covered under the 90 day warranty. He then told me that sometimes they can wear out in one ride! They have absolutely no clue what they are talking about, they only car about the initial sale. Yes these are cheap atv’s, but maybe the owner should step up and try and make things right when the customer is unhappy.

My son got a Tao 125cc quad from these guys and has barely wore the tread on the tires, less than 6 hours a day has had trouble starting since day 1. After putting a new starter in, still acting up, diagnostic test shows low compression on engine. When we called there we were told we probably don't know how to run it. My family has been riding ATV's 20+ years...inexperience isn't an issue here. Can't stand behind the product, don't sell it.

Called and asked if they had a Polaris ATV primary clutch puller in stock. Was told "I don't know what that is, but we only have Can Amm stuff". Lmfao

Purchased a 110 kids quad in May they had lots in stock and great prices knowledgeable staff and good customer service. We ended up having an issue with the quad a month or two later and they stand behind their product it was fixed and returned to us quickly. My husband and I will definitely continue to shop with this business as they still value customers after a purchase is made.

Ordered a fuel pump on line through ebay, and forgot to order two other parts, called them up next day and they put everything in a box and shipped. Received next day ! I was not charged additional fees, which is unlikely these days. Great pricing too ! From now on my part are coming from them. Kudos to them !

Appears as though the owner could not be bothered to walk 5 ft and tell a customer if they carry kids helmets/sizes and sizes. Claims it's not his dept and needs to have one of his staff take a look for him. He asked to call back in 15 which we did and he once again could not be bothered. Not a place I would recommend doing buisness with. I was looking at purchasing some atvs for my kids.... started with helmets to see how the service was. Got my answer. To power sports I go. I do not recommend doing buisness with Oran and his team.

I have one of these ATV's bought new 6 years ago. It has not let me down. Needs minor repairs from time to time. No better or worse than the mainstream bikes. The only issue is finding someone to service it.

This place is awesome!! They got everything in stock. Went to 5 different places no one has stock, these guys have a showroom full to the roof!! Purchased a Nomad cargo box for my hubby and 2 kids quads. We showed up unannounced and they still where able to accommodate as by getting the ATVs ready quickly and even through in a helmet! My go to place from now on for sure! Thanks a bunch ATV Warehouse!

HORRIBLE SERVICE and will do absolutely nothing for you once you purchase your atv. They will not warranty their product either even though offer a 6 month warranty. I bought two 125 T-Force pros in July of 2020 and had them delivered to Timmins. Comming off the truck both batteries were dead and non rechargeable (they did not warraty them) so I bought new ones. Then the kids first ride with them had a few manufature defects and bikes broke down... I've been dealing with the owner for parts since July and still haven't received them (we are November now)! I would never buy anything off this dealership as all they care about is the initial purchase. If your going to purchase one, CALL ANOTHER DEALER!

Ordered parts for a side by side May 4th 2020 still have not received. Paid $266 and change. Was given tracking number by employee and told to call the shipping company Canpar. I do not know why they wouldn’t call and sort it out as they shipped the parts. Called 3x waited an hour each time on hold. Atv warehouse tells me I can reorder parts and repay and they will ship parts with a different company then when I receive original parts ordered I can pay and ship them back and be reimbursed. I don’t think so, super unsatisfied. UPDATE JULY 13th: SPOKE TO OREN AND HE CALLED CANPAR AND IS GOING TO RESHIP OUR ORDER TO US, FAITH RESTORED IN THE COMPANY THANK YOU KINDLY.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Bought an ATV for my son and it broke in under a month and they refused to deal with it and when I got upset about the situation he told me I had a bad attitude so will definitely not help me now. Spent $1700.00 for a think of metal to sit in my garage... dont buy from this guy

Bought what we needed but very uncaring staff with poor service. The guy did not want to talk or be helpful at all so questions went unanswered. Good thing one of us knew what we needed. Will go back for parts but that's about it. Came from Sudbury for a plow.

Couldn't find this part anywhere and Mr. Oren made sure to keep searching and did not give up until he actually found the part I needed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I called up this place spoke to Oren in regards to a Hisun 700 UTV discussed the machine, dependability, availability of parts and the advertised price. Over the next week or so I did some searching on line to learn more about Hisun UTV. Decided I would give one a try so last step I called another business that sells the same product to see what they say about the machine and check to see if the price advertised was fair. Basically what any smart consumer would do before purchasing one. I called back to Oren to place the order some how he knew I had called another supplier to price the unit this guy went off in a rant that I was using him, I'm just a tire kicker and to stop wasting his time and get lost. I guess he just expected me to believe every word out of his mouth. Worst customer service ever could imagine if I had of purchased the machine then had a problem with it to actually complain about!!!!!!! When this is how they treat a potential customer!!!!!

Slowly scrolling through the reviews, I’m seeing a lot of poor ones towards customer service which confuses me quite a lot, every time my family and I have bought a product from ATV warehouse the customer service was unmatchable, very friendly and willing to help with all our problems. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking to purchase an ATV

If the snide remarks and poor service on the phone weren't enough, the weird vibe and lack of knowledge definitely will be. The guy encouraged us to buy something far too large for our daughter and put blocks on the pedals to try to make it fit ( something suited for a 10 year old and our child is 6..) He was incredibly snarky when I asked any questions on the phone ,and in person he just said the bare minimum answers. He gave no information about the atvs...even when we asked, he barely said anything and left us to figure out the differences between their in stock product... We walked in ready to buy something and walked out after the interaction with the owner and went to another local place where we found a bike,and purchased it...we pick up on Friday.

If you're looking for a four wheeler that will last a summer, maybe two if you're lucky, then this is the place! If you're looking for a four wheeler that will run for a few months then you will have to constantly work on it, then this also is your place! It looks like a four-wheeler, it just doesn't really act ,or run like one! Not impressed, really really cheaply made! "CAVEAT EMPTOR"!!!!
