This is truly a magical place. Sarah and team have created what myself and many others likely refer to as their own slice of paradise. Top of my list when I need a reset, it feels like home!! Highly recommend trying a hot yoga or barre class at this hidden gem. Would give it ten stars if google allowed!!

Everytime I start my class I want to cry because it releases so much stress and my mind feels free. This is by far thee best class I have ever taken!
