If I could I would give it 0 stars. The products are okay but the staff they had working there when I went there... i was waiting in line with my products and the staff took off their masks and spat into their hand. I saw mucus on their hand and they touched my purchases and my money. I told them to keep the change because I didnt want it back. There was no hand sanitizer so i went to another store and put sanitizer on before i got home and SCRUBBED my hands. I touched everything with sanitizer and then wrote this review. Go here for the things not the people. Usually it's better but I was just so upset :(

Centrally located in downtown Trenton. At this time everything is $1.25. It has all the usual items you expect to find at a dollar store and a few items that I could not find elsewhere. The personnel is pleasant and helpfull.

Great everyday items, they have heluim foil kids balloons for parties or just because. Lifesaver for parents , if your kids behaves they get a balloon , you see that a lot. Other then that it's a dollar store, but worth the look the do bring brands in occasionally.

In my experience I am able to find pretty good products for their marketed price of a 1.25. They seem to have a lot of interesting good quality products and I was surprised to find some of the things I did. The Product layout seems confusing and the products might change often as I notice there is a lot of imported products. I am enjoying a potent tea from the brand "Lord Lancaster" and dark chocolate graham crackers from Turky. Also a great place for Raman noodles.

More than showing me, or pointing out where to find the item I needed, she took the time to personally show me to the item. At all times she was very personable and professional. I would shop there just for the classy treatment. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. It goes without saying that you get good value for your money. Everything is $1.25 or less. I trust the company is aware of the quality of their staff with special mention, once again, of Larissa. Parking is plentiful. Store has reasonable hours and large selections. Was at the dollar tree today in Trenton and asked them to blow up a number 5 balloon that I have brought with me for they didn't have one in the store. So now my granddaughter's 5th birthday balloon sits on floor instead of floating with her other balloon that I bought in there store. Very upset with store's quality of customers satisfaction.

Great counterpart to Dollarama. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff are super helpful, and there are a large number of items to choose from food to home essentials. They excel with coordinating items with the seasonal holidays that come up. And also a good place to get your balloons for children's birthday parties or other special occasions.

Good selection of greeting cards, stickers, items for scrapbooking, wall clings. Have quite a few gift bags, lots of kitchen items, Would like to see them carry larger claw clamp hair clips. Grease pencils are labelled as chalkboard markers, carry several colours.

My cashier had her mask under her nose- thought perhaps it just fell down. Watched her twice as I stood in line push the nose band firmly under her nose. The store is back to being a mess. I go here so much i cant even start to tell you how many things i own that are from here. Great selection of dishes for super cheap. Definitly my go to for snacks can't give 5 stars though because you stopped selling the milk chocolate and peanut glosettes (my favourite) which are super expensive everywhere else ( i'm not paying 8 dollars for 3 tiny boxes) but other than that you have another brand that does similar so you are slightly forgiven. Ps. Please bring back the milk chocolate and peanut glosettes. :(

Abysmal shopping experience. 25 minutes to cash out. Only one employee working the cash with 4 more, including the manager just standing around. Not even particularly that busy. They EVENTUALLY got another cashier on who clearly has had insufficient training. She had to call for the lackadaisical manager on no less than three occasions because she didn't know how to provide a receipt or the difference between a debit card; a bank card or an interac payment. They are all one and the same. Moreover why would one need to call for a price check when EVERYTHING in the store is $1.25? Needless to say I would have abandoned my purchases entirely, but I didn't want my dog to have to wait in the car - again. I won't be back, not to this location at a bare minimum.

Very good selection of items at a great price. Bought 6 - 8x10 picture frames the other day for $1.25 each plus tax. However I have noticed a few items now slightly higher than the $1.25 price point. Like the craft paint I bought which was $1.50. some stuff also is definitely better deal elsewhere like their 2L pop at $1.25 when many other places have store brand pop for $1.00. definitely miss the days when their pop was 2.5L which was definitely a better deal. I hope they don't turn into Dollarama with price points of $3 and $4. I don't think they are a big enough company within Canada to compete with Dollarama at that level. Their main draw is the selection of lower cost items.

Dollar Tree. This certainly is a store with an extreme amount of items to offer to the customers. From stationary, toys, gift bags, shopping bags, baby clothing, kitchen utensils, kitchen clothes, table cloth, batteries, baby shower party gifts, socks, gloves, scarfs, pasta, tuna, sardines, cookies, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins. Cleaning supplies and plenty more. The staff members are very helpful and attentive to provide assistance to all their customers. The store is kept very clean and organized. They are in compliance with the British Columbia health guidelines. Wear a mask prior to enter. Chances are that if you are looking for an item...They will have it. I noticed today December 28, 2020. They are already displaying "THE VALENTINE'S VALENTINE'S! Items available for sale. Surely, thinking ahead and trying to survive the economy. Wheelchair accessible parking in front. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking available in front of the store. I highly recommend this store. Shop local - empower local business to rebuild the economy

I would be embarrassed if I was this store owner. It's disgusting.. The boxes and product are ALL over the place. The store is dark & dingy, crammed with way to much stuff and no place to really move around. There is also a pile of empty boxes at the front and over flowing the entrance way with items. I'm sure this is a fire hazard.. I had to move a heavy trolley with product on it.. just to get the item I wanted behind it. This seems like a huge liability if someone was to hurt themselves while moving it.. Why not just clean up the store to avoid the chaos. I said this to the cashier lady and she acted ignorant and oblivious to the chaotic state of this store.. I guess when you're use to working/living in conditions like that.. it becomes the norm.. It's an embarrassment.

I like all the other employees, they're all nice and polite but there is this older lady who works there and is the only one who has been there for longer than the other people and she reeks of cigarette smoke, I believe she might even be smoking in the backroom, she goes on smoke breaks at random and it seems like shes taking advantage of her younger coworkers because she knows they can't complain, it's absolutely disgusting and this is even effecting customers, for example the lingering chemicals irritates my lungs for I have things like asthma and other issues, she is incredibly rude aswell, I'm giving this a one star review in hopes that this is looked at and maybe this person might get a talking to about cigarette use, the way she leaves when there are large lineups randomly and then comes back reeking of cigarettes just isn't okay and this wouldn't happen to this extent anywhere else and that makes me sad

Being a loyal customer, no respect from cashier that's shame. Well now onwards I will go to dollarama or barging club. Cashier thinks she knows about virus more than me. So she forcing me like boss . I entered the business and I needed few things so it was quick in and out. I would take small card or something. But there was no cart or no one to say hello . So I bought the few things I need to and go to cashier. And here you find this boss asked me take a cart next time. I said I dont see here. Then she said i sneaked in . Really ?use proper language. First things you should know about customers is customer service. I rather to go to self checkout instead of this uneducated cashier .sad.

Good selection and prices, however, the store was an absolute mess. Shelves half empty and the aisles were completely filled with boxes that needed to be stocked on the shelves. There was a sign in the front of the store that said, "face masks required", but we soon learned this was absolutely not enforced. There were probably 15 people in the store and my friend and I were the only 2 people wearing them. Very disappointing, and frustrating!

Decent dollar store with a good selection of some items, but does not carry the varied amount of options that some other stores do. Great for stationery, art supplies, and cosmetics. Somewhat limited in the kitchen department and a few other sections.

What can I say. It's a dollar store. It does have a better selection than other chains and the prices are consistent and not over the top.

We go here for balloons fairly often and they are always so friendly. Today is my sons birthday so we went to get him a birthday balloon and the lady who was working was so great with him. He left the store in love with his Spider-Man ballon and a great start to his birthday.

All is $1.25 so most things cheaper than Dollarama EXCEPT GUM. Of all the places in the world that should have "tap" it's Dollar Tree, but no such luck.. pretty lame during a pandemic.

When you go to the Dollar Tree, you expect to purchase disposable items. But the manager is the one who should be disposed of. The staff clearly dislike him, as do most customers, I am willing to make the trip to the Belleville Dollar Tree, just to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience, and I do not want to give him any of my money! I would go to Toronto instead of here, Tony is a horrible person and has a weird obsession with everyone leaving their bags with him, he thinks everyone is stealing everything, he even blocked off the back door for a while(which is illegal) because he needs to see everyone going in and out. Terrible person, and deserves to have his store shut down. Will never be shopping here EVER again, that's a promise. I also heard Tony likes to unnecessarily ban people, he should be the one banned.

The selection might not be as good as the dollar store available at other locations but the products here seem to have less water in them as the bigger bottles you will find at the dollar store for more than the price of 1.25$ per item in Dollar Tree. If you have about 20 minutes to spend checking out the store you might find a store to help cut down on your current shopping bill a month.
