(Translated) The manager always seems a little distant or cold with the customers but also with the employees. The rest of the staff do a really good job. Listening to our needs and available ++. Seek to find the exact items of the chosen Halloween costume, as in the image shown. It is a beautiful place with a great variety for parties of all kinds. The only downside is that 3/4 of the items are very expensive with the exception of specials which are often half price which seems reasonable. Some halloween costume its a good price but otherwise its expensive. There should be a point or reward card system after a certain amount has been spent. Its would hurt the wallet less. There is no usable toilet. On several occasions at different times of the year I asked to be able to use the toilet and each time I was given a different excuse as to why we can't go there. But otherwise that's fine. It's open year round and it's worth the detour :) (Original) La gérante a toujours lair un peu distante ou froide avec les clients mais aussi avec les employés. Le reste du personnel fait vraiment un bon travail. A l'écoute de nos besoin et disponible ++. Cherche à trouver les articles exacte du costume d'halloween choisi, comme sur l'image démontré. C'est un belle endroit avec une grande variété pour les fête de toute sorte. Seule b-mol c'est que le 3/4 des articles son très dispendieux a l'exception des spéciaux qui son souvent à moitié prix ce qui semble raisonnable. Certain costume d'halloween son a bon prix mais sinon sa coute cher. Il devrai y avoir un système de carte de point ou récompense après un certain montant dépensé. Sa ferait moin mal au porte feuille. Il ny a pas de toilette utilisable. A plusieurs occasion dans différent temps de l'année j'ai demander à pouvoir utiliser les toilettes et à chaque fois j'ai eu droit a une excuse différente sur le pourquoi on ne peu pas y allez. Mais sinon c'est très bien. C'est ouvert à l'année et sa vaut le détour:)

My first time there, I had very poor customer service with sales associates who clearly were anxious to close the store in 30 minutes. As it was my first visit there and knowing that I walked in half an hour before close, I needed a sales rep's guidance to expedite things (I only had 7 balloons to order). The day of pickup, the behaviour of staff was completely different: courteous, welcoming etc. Why? The owner/manager was there. I had an incident that day and the situation was handled by this lady (manager) in such a professional and courteous way. That was very appreciated.
