Just not what I expected from this place i used their services and I knew someone who work for this company and thats why I used their services but as soon as she stop working for them the owner never paid the worker her money .. will not use their services again they are scamming innocent people specially students and Indian women by using them to work for their company and not paying them .. be aware students if u are working for this company u might never get paid ..

I'm in the business of leaving honest reviews. The cleaning we had done could have been a lot better. Lots of little areas were missed, even ones that were in obvious plain sight. I had to go and finish the work myself to have the townhouse ready for final move out inspection. They marred the stainless steel fridge by using a steel scoring pad to clean adhesive glue off it. Wrong products were used during many instances. I give the cleaning a 2/5. It was underwhelming for the time spent. I will not use them again. The workers need better training, they seemed complacent at times.

Frankly, they were nice people, but when I paid and they left and I looked thoroughly my kitchen sink was left DIRTY. One of the ladies cleaning spent atleast 45 mins in the kitchen yet the kitchen floors were still gross. Not satisfied. Plus they were 1.5 hours late than the scheduled time.

They showed up at the wrong address despite being corrected twice. The called the wrong number. They then informed me that they already were cleaning at another location. They eventually came but were 2 hours late. The cleaning was done well, but I find them overpriced with very poor communication skills and on top of all we found some personal items missing.

I was quoted to have a cleaning of my small townhouse at a rate of $145 for three hours 2 girls showed up 45 minutes late - they did a half decent job - she the. Requested cash payment of $290 and explained as two girls came the cost is doubled. I tried calling the main office phone number and could not get a hold of them. I texted the main contact and did not get any response. I then tried calling a few more times and texted explaining the issue. I had to go to the airport so I ended up paying the $290. I felt ripped off. And the management would not even speak to me. Finally the manager texted me that she would call me later. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend or use this company. Truly a horrible experience and extremely poor management. They were 45 min late even after I explained I was rushing out to the airport. I got messaged via text after they were 15 min late saying “sorry traffic is bad we will be 45 min late” Horrible

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used them for months. They were hired to clean twice a month. They didn't show up at the right time, or even the right day, EVER. The would call or text on a random day of the week to say "we will be there in 1 hour". I finally gave them one more chance to show up on the day and time they promised (1 pm). I told them I would terminate our contract if they did not show up. At 530 pm I called them to ask where the cleaners were, and found out they were not even planning on showing up. I terminated our contract. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. And when you call them, they don't even respond to your questions or concerns they just mumble "ok, ok" and various excuses. They also do not do a very good cleaning job. STAY FAR AWAY.

Appointment was booked for this past Sunday at 1PM. My mother-in-law waited at the apartment for the cleaners who never showed. After calling them she was told that her appointment had been cancelled, this was untrue. The cleaners finally arrived at 5PM. There was a supervisor and two other ladies, the supervisor left for the first hour before returning and supervising while talking on the phone. The bathrooms were well done (mirrors, sinks, toilets, and shower). The kitchen was done well (all cupboards and drawers opened and wiped). The bathroom doors were not wiped, the bar stools were not wiped, the team brought a vacuum which they did not use. I pointed out specific areas that needed to be done, they were still not completed. The vacuum was not used, instead a quick sweep was one. The next day when I moved the couch forward an inch there was obvious debris left behind. The floors were cleaned with a Swiffer wet but major spots were missed. I spent the following 2 days cleaning what was missed. Today (Wednesday) my mother-in-law called to complain that the baseboard in the kitchen were not clean, the cupboards not wiped, and that it was obviously not vacuumed. The staff member on the other line spoke about me in Hindi stating that there was a white girl there, and you know how white people clean. Extremely unprofessional response to a rushed job. After the phone conversation ended my boyfriend received multiple texts from the supervisor offering to come back and redo the work and guilt tripping him by saying she may lose her job and she is a single mother. Those text messages were completely unacceptable considering my mother-in-law was the customer, not my boyfriend who only gave them his number to ensure they could get into the building. I will not refer this company to any of my friends in the future as I spent the last 3 days doing a deep clean whereas the people who were paid came under prepared and without the appropriate equipment. They didn't even bring glass cleaner to wash the windows or the glass table tops. At the 2 hour mark one staff member put all of her equipment away and started to wander into the hallway before I had a chance to review the clean. I asked about the chairs being wiped, the supervisor wiped ONE chair when there were three side by side all in a similar state.

They were on time and finished the job in their quoted time. Had to pick up some bigger pieces that were left behind in the backyard but nothing major. The supervisor Simaran was very nice, she helped me picked up some pieces as well. Overall they did a good job and reasonable price, minor hiccup but no complaint.

As of this writing we are in dispute over the cost of the cleaning, being quoted one price in a text that had no relationship to what was charged when they finished. I am sure the cleaners did a good job. The dispute is not with the cleaners but with the office person who was in communication with us. We feel like they were given ample opportunity to give us an accurate quote which they choose not to do since the final bill was tripled for cleaning a house with no furniture in it. We feel like they deceived us with a low quote just to get our business. We tried to pay in advance but they did not want payment until they were finished. Then at least 6 different final costs were texted to us further confusing the issue.

Absolutely fabulous job. They did s deep clean for me. These are the only ladies I’ve found in 7 years in the Vancouver area who clean properly!! I came home to an absolutely spotless house and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Unfortunately, their regular clean wasn’t nearly as good. A few months later, even with very specific instructions they were still not able to follow them and provide a decent clean and so are no longer working for me.
