Absolutely terrible service, the employees are rude and want to get every penny they can from you. Drive the extra mile to avoid this dealership! They will fix things and won't tell you it's not covered until it's fixed. Overpriced trucks and the mechanic department is a joke

When you’re buying a vehicle they are great, but once you drive off the lot that seems to end. Very disappointed on how the situation was handled and all beating around the bush.

Asked several times about a Equinox issue with engine using oil and was told I don't change oil enough. Low an behold Chev puts out a recall we had to research plus other issues they didn't even attempt to fix. We got it repaired in Winnipeg. Was also lied to about a used vehicle on the lot. Was told it was a locally owned vehicle that spent its winters in the states. Turns out it was a rental vehicle in the states they bought for resale. Lied to many times. Staff seemed ok but shaddy business practices for sure and nothing done when complaints made. Never will we use this dealership again.

I've had good experiences here, would reccommend. Like any dealership labour is a bit pricey but at least from what I've heard your problem will actually be fixed. Hard to say that about some places up here that you pay for a service only to get a shoddy job done.
