After a horrible experience with Chevrolet. I swore I would never buy from a dealership again. Brockville honda proved me wrong. Nic was very persistent in contacting me to discuss my trade in value which showed me they were ready to work with me. He was very honest, outgoing and caring and within one meeting he had me back in a honda crv that I love. I also surprised him with my fiancé looking for a car and we both left with a new car and a smile on our faces. Nic you're amazing at what you do thank you for getting us into our dream cars. Their staff inside were also great both Laryssa and Lisa were so quick and efficient with finding us the best deals and making sure we were approved. I highly recommend Brockville Honda. I don't think I'll ever buy anywhere else again.

Staff was the best when I put in my 2006 Acura for a simple oil change. I called ahead a few days to book an appointment after work and got it done in 40 minutes. They also checked all my fluids and tire pressure, even commented that my tires were in pretty good shape, which they should have since they were only 4 months old. No scams, no gimmicks, just an honest dealership. Can't say the same for Acura kingston, I couldn't even get them to pick up the phone.

This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience we have ever had. We purchased a 2022 CRV from Dan. Dan was an amazing sales person to work with. Both times we stopped but the dealership we were pressed for time, Dan was always well prepared and efficient to deal with . He was also very kind towards our kids. Between visits, Dan was very accessible by phone and text to make arrangements. Jason also sent the paperwork electronically so that we could speed up the delivery. Went to look at a Dodge Avenger which was listed as for sale on your site on July 22nd 2020! When I got there, no one came out to ask me if I needed assistance. I went inside the sales room to ask if I could take a closer look at the Avenger and some employee with tattoo's on her arm said "oh sorry, it actually sold last night" to which I replied, "Maybe you guys should put a sold sign in the window" to which she replied sarcastically "Well we are trying to be environmentally friendly." I went back after my wife got the car repaired to have some better explanation on how you guys were explaining we had lost the under shield on our civic. I know for a fact we did not hit anything when or just before everything came loose. The cracks under the car that you guys are blaming and it was the cause of loosing the part was there since last fall. I wasn't able to get a good explanation on how we had lost half of the screws that were holding the part, the only thing you and your mechanic were able to tell me is that " you hit something and I dont know how them screws got out" and that is the exact words that both of you used. Like I said to my sales man, you guys just lost a customer. Oh and by the way he didn't seem to really care when I told him that. He just shrugged his shoulder's up, meaning "oh well I dont care". That proves how this store cares about the customer once they have bought the car. In the last 6 years we have got 2 cars from you and it will be the last one. From now on we will be going somewhere else. I know that this email will never pass you, since it's not a good one. If I would have been giving a proper explanation on how half of the other screws got out, I would have been ok with everything. But when I'm told just a " I dont know" and pay a $100 to put back the part. Sorry but that is unacceptable. I went to see 2 different mechanics and both of them after I explained then what happened and what honda Brockville mechanics said, they called "BS".

This dealership saved me. I was stranded in Brockville due to my car breaking down in the middle of the highway. All the mechanics in the area were closed (Saturday) or didn't have parts to repair my car that day. I finally contacted this dealership and even though their service centers were closed, Peter (the GM in sales) was kind enough to take his time to troubleshoot my car remotely. Eventually even though I was not able to fully repair my car, it ran good enough to take the country road home. So long story short, Peter at Brockville Honda is the MVP and I would recommend anyone to go visit that dealership.

Even responded to my texts after hours the night before we went for our test drive. I was taking my old car to Kiel at the Honda dealership, even though it was a Ford Focus. He gave me great advice on selling my Focus, and made sure it was in great condition prior to sale. Got bait and switched by one of the salesman who insisted the car I wanted to buy was still available but after driving in from Ottawa 10 minutes after the dealership opened it had magically been sold. Then I wanted information about another vehicle on the lot and was told a salesman would be in contact with me but I've yet to have been reached out to, so I asked the original guy who bait and switched me about it and essentially got laughed at about my trade-in. Overall awful experience with this dealership, I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from them again.

So I bought a used Civic from Brockville Honda after being rear ended and having a delay on my insurance reimbursement. I was shopping for almost 2 weeks with no luck. I spoke with Nic a few times over the phone and he stayed late into the evening to accommodate me coming to test drive the car from out of town. I liked the car and I decided to buy it. Oh my goodness, I can't even begin to explain how incredible the team is at Brockville Honda. I went in 3 1/2 weeks ago just to inquire about vehicles. Nick sat down with me and went through all my options for used, new (purchased), and new (leased). After discussing I realized leasing was my best bet as I'd like to upgrade to an SUV in a few years. Nick spent about 30 minutes with us going over all the features of the car and making sure we had everything before we took off. I have had poor experiences in the past trying to purchase a vehicle. They set a high standard for service, integrity and quality of product that drives of their property. I have had follow up correspondence that was timely and more than I expected. I had an amazing experience with Brockville Honda! The salesman I worked with was Nic. He is a great guy and very knowledgable. I was originally looking into a base model Civic but Nic identified the features I needed and the minimal cost difference, so we went with an EX. Even given the current times (Covid) he quickly offered for me to take a test drive, which really solidified the model upgrade. When it came to talking numbers he was very upfront and informative which was a nice change from my past car buying experiences. I then worked with Lisa the finance manager. She explained the pros and cons of an extended warranty, which I ultimately purchased. With Honda's 1.5% financing how could I say no. We played around with the numbers until we got to a monthly payment and total interest that I was comfortable with. I also mentioned that I was planning on tinting the windows and they directed me to Shade Window Films in Prescott. Any question or need that I had Brockville Honda either met or exceeded. Now please direct your attention to the pictures of this sexy new Civic.
