This place reminds me of the old Zally's bagels when they first opened. Lots of freshly made bagels as well as specialty bagels like cheddar jalapeño, pizza or just cheadde topped.????. They also have special cream cheeses like pumpkin spice, dilly pickle or my favorite, chedder bacon. Mmmmm. A little store tucked away, so its a bit hard to find. Just east of Murphy Rd. Across from the super store mall.

Ordered a spicy buffalo wrap. Everything seemed fresh, order was quick and it was a good sized wrap as well. Very filling, and would definitely eat here again.

I had the cheddar onion bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese.. new favourite place to get bagels/wraps. Bagels are twice the size of Tim Hortons and soooo fresh. Brought my mom back and she had the chili/bagel combo. The chili was so freakin delicious that she had to call the store and let them know lol The chicken caesar wraps are massive and so tasty. That was what originally brought me in was to get a wrap but it’s turned into my new favourite place to eat. Will definitely be coming back again ( and mom too! ) - love the staff and how friendly and welcoming they are.

Love this place for all the varieties of bagels there are. Not to mention the healther choices of wraps, bun sandwiches, veggie tray, salads and soups. Quick, easy and very tasty. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful when deciding what to order. Highly recommend trying this place for urself. U won't go wrong stoping here. There is something for everyone. ????

Haven't been here in years, and the food and service is still just as satisfying! Their bagels are the best with variety of cream cheeses and soups to choose from. The girls there were great and surprisingly gave me a bunch of napkins, which I really appreciated! It's the little things; even added crackers and packs of salt for my soup. Used to places just quickly tossing everything in but they clearly took care into my order, thank you! I thought there would be a tipping option on the machine but unfortunately not, I'll be bringing cash next time to tip!✨

5 stars may not be enough for the great bagels they serve... Most likely with love and brains! How a small town was lucky enough to have bagels rivaling NY or SoCal is either luck or just plain hard work! This is a Diamond in the rough! Even Toronto wishes they had these bagels! Staff is extra friendly and courteous... How lucky we are...

The freshest and most delicious of all bagels. Their specially blended cream cheeses are amazing! I recommend the zesty cheddar cream cheese and the rosemary sea salt bagels! Or the French toast bagels with cherry cheesecake cream cheese for a decadent dessert or breakfast. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Best local place for anything bagels. Prices on par, but beware on where it says ANY bagel on the menu...they dont mention an upcharge for the elite ones. 3 times I wasnt charged the last 2 I was...

Great bagels! Wonderful customer service, Your supposed to order these in advance, when Mel realized I was driving home to Ottawa the next morning, she immediately went to the back and special made them for me. Doesn’t get better than that! Gotta love Sarnia and Mel at the Bagel Factory! Yummy! Highly recommend!

It has come to my attention that you have made it mandatory for everyone to wear a mask, even those with medical exemptions. Technically speaking it is against the law to refuse service to someone that cannot wear one. You don't seem to offer curbside pickup, if you did, I could understand not letting someone then, but your flat out refusing these people service. I think it's disgusting and appalling that you would practice business this way. Update........maybe you should inform your customers of it Instead of forcing them out the door without service. And BTW, the Habs don't need your ignorant support....

To me, the bagel factory is so underrated. It's insane how many premium bagels this place has. Herb and cheese. Dill pickle. French toast. Candy cane (seasonal). Jalapeno cheese. You pay more but the quality shows. Definitely will be returning. 5/5.

Long overdue review - Been going here for many years when I visit family in town. Amazing bagels, a fair price, and incredible variety. Perfect lunch spot. If you like chilli, this place has some of the best I've ever had. Love all the flavors. Great place.
